Some Cities and Towns have developed stricter requirements than Ma. Gen Laws 183A. This needs to be reviewed with legal counsel but more often than not these requirements are not overly stringent so as to make the conversion cumbersome. Once the legal documents are drafted, approved and executed the documents will be submitted to the appropriate Registry of Deeds for recording.
